Since it's usually the unknown that causes the anxiety, having someone with the answers is so helpful.

This is my first year of dealing with PTI and they removed any anxiety by not only having the answers, but providing those answers in a most courteous, patient and helpful manner.

Having run a business in Ireland since 1974 I know how the 'wrong' person the other end of a phone can be extremely frustrating. Dealing with PTI is the opposite.

Not only were they understanding in answering questions, but were pro active in ensuring everything was in order.

If customer care prevented recessions there'll be none at PTI.
